Skatty (skatty.dk) is an independent, non-commercial project that explains Danish taxes and public spending using official data. This page explains what data is collected when you visit the site and how it is used.

Skatty uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads that may be personalised based on your browsing activity. These are third-party cookies set by Google, not by Skatty directly.

Skatty does not collect, store, or process any personal data itself. There is no account system, no forms that submit personal information, and no server-side analytics. All tax calculator inputs remain entirely in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held about you. Since Skatty itself holds no personal data, any such requests relating to advertising data should be directed to Google.
